A number of years ago, I was in an online roleplay environment and was playing Optimus Prime (live action movie version). Someone asked him how he'd learned English.

"The Internet. The online Oxford English Dictionary, with some references to Urban Dictionary for the more colorful phrasings."

The reply: "...and somehow you chose not to destroy the planet for its sins? You are a great and merciful being."
