In point of fact, in the post-series comics Sokka explicitly hangs the title of "Bad Decision Lord" on Zuko. :)

(Said comics may or may not be worth your time now that you're done with the series, by the way. They're... uneven, and fail to deal with the most interesting issues they raise. The Promise does introduce a character by the name of Kori Morishita, a Fire Nation noble who is simultaneously an Earthbender and sees no contradiction between the two. She might be right up your alley.)
