I was just riffling through Coming to Terms to check a few dates, and it occurred to me to check over here and see if I'd ever thought to mention a small design detail that surfaces in the very last scene. It appears, indeed, that I hadn't, so here goes:I changed the spelling of Liza's first name from "Elizabeth" to "Elisabeth" in this story partly to further reinforce her personal transformation and partly because I thought the less common spelling went better with her new style, as it were, but I originally got the idea from the name of (now sadly "the late") Elisabeth Sladen, the actress who played Sarah Jane Smith on Doctor Who.
