Just for laughs, I decided to try and make the dish I made up for the Falling Dark Festival and see if it's actually any good.

Hen: check.
Tubers: check.
Hot sauce: check.
Paper cone: check.

Eaten with chop sticks: check.

It's not bad! It's not very complicated, either, admittedly; just chicken stir-fried in garlic/ginger oil, tossed with some Mini Tater Tots, shoveled into a cone made of wax paper, and drizzled with sriracha. But still. For a fictional food item, it does what it's supposed to; I could totally see myself eating this at an outdoor winter occasion. And presumably if it was prepared by professionals, they'd have used the right kind of paper and constructed the cone more competently. :)
