Probably; there's a point where almost anything will do that. It depends on how precious the presentation is, I suppose, and the observer's threshold for same, to determine where what we might call the Lampshade Line is.

It also depends on what the "female companions" are doing at the time. Setting up a situation where it's like a harem comedy, except the male lead is Virtuously Resisting All Blandishments (And There Are a Lot of Blandishments, Boy Howdy), that's probably going to get tedious a lot faster than a setup like I'm envisioning for Gryphon's time with the 501st, in which they're all just... being professionals together. If that makes any sense.
