I think that was in Valiant Rose. Hunted Rose was when he spacefolded Daggerdisc right under the Earth defense perimeter and evacuated Utena and the others from WPI.

Did he actually encounter them himself? I thought they were all taken care of by the time he got back from fighting the destroids.

The first time I can think of that he encountered living Black Omega guys is in Hunter Rose, when they took the Valiant back after it was hijacked at Tau Ceti.
