Oooh! I like this idea. And knowing Skuld? She's gonna be the most absolutely impish she can about it (you cannot tell me otherwise of a woman that authorizes Utena to give her son a whitewash first thing upon meeting her), reading it off where others can hear it, and then giving him the "Really?" eyes when she gets to the "Totally Wholesome" part. (Not that she's disparaging that it was totally wholesome - just that he just that he actually assigned it a rank, and as an S-Class Distinction to boot.)
