Yeah, those guys, and there are even worse out there. The ex-Triple I guys at least think they're professionals. They've got the wrong end of a number of sticks concerning what they're up against (and whether what they're up against needs to have anything up against it, as it were), but they're not complete cowboys. They have procedures, it's just that their procedures mostly suck. :)
