Yeah, in UF succubus/incubus is a demon clade. Vampires can be a few different things (undead, living supernatural like Remi and Flan, person with medical condition, person with very specific curse, etc.), but they're not of infernal origin except in edge cases like Marceline (who happened to be a demon princess anyway before she was turned by someone of the "cursed person" persuasion).

Well, technically the Scarlets are from a different universe with different rules, which is really going to tick off the BPRD when they move to Avalon County, but one bridge at a time. :)
