A man whose column on fashion I read notes that the true fashionista reads the area and dresses accordingly, just one step up. I would suspect that it looks pretty casual, but is of higher quality materials than, say, what you get at Hot Topic. (I also suspect that the sister turn their noses up at almost everything clothes-related there, but Flan has a hidden collection of cheesy earrings that she got there because she thinks they’re awesome.)
