I'd wondered what/if there was a visual source when those came up, just forgot to ask in my stream of commentary post in the story thread. I expect the versions they're using are a little more proper and a little less cool for the sake of it (i.e. forgoing the random asymmetric front panel on Remilia's coat and possibly some of the purely decorative belts) and a bit more, well, uniform rather than the inspiration, but I am curious if they kept the gloves? They aren't mentioned in the scene, but they might only use them when handling weapons.

Also, is Koakuma's outfit also drawn from this image, or something similar (her outfit in this isn't far from a lot of other illustrations of her, and of other business demons like Helltaker.)
