My mistake: so those are (and Skuld does wear shorts quite frequently in the manga)! I think I did get the hair and eyes right, though. And the wristwatch comm is just the sort of gizmo she'd have on her person. (And you know what? There is something inexpressibly charming about an attractive female wearing a tailored jacket and necktie.)
