Indeed, the old annotation format turns out not to have been the best idea. :/

It's still there, if you change the .html filename extension in the URL back to .txt. The problem is, in the process of converting the parts that were originally written as Symphony 5 into OOTR, I rearranged a bunch of stuff in what ended up being early OOTR and the later parts of Symphony 4, so all of the annotations for those files (basically any file in S4 or OOTR that has multiple copyright dates, the latest of which is 2014) are going to have a point after which they don't line up any more. I don't remember now if I forgot to fix the annotations, or just didn't get around to it because it was going to be such a fiddly pain in the butt, but either way, it never got done.
