They have, more or less. Engineer Testarossa, Major Mao, and Sergent Weber are (or at least were) members of the crew of the Voronda Elendil, part of Miranda and Maia's Mars Division of the WDF. They were all mentioned in the Sterling Saga Omnibus. Tessa at least is still around; she was mentioned in DSM Panic 2.5 by Miranda.
