if you're finding out that someone carrying a Lawgiver-anything in any setting other than pre-sex disrobing or some form of demonstration, you likely have bigger issues to contend with than whether that guy is an undercover or not...(like the impending hefty sentence you're about to receive or the massive firefight that's going to break out any second now) :)
