Now that you've got me thinking, a thought occurs (as is likely when one does such things). When Jekyll gives Banner the voice recorder, is that a reference to the recent-ish BBC modern-set version of Jekyll and Hyde? It was called Jekyll, in a fit of glorious imagination, and had James Nesbitt in it in the lead role. The little voice recorder was how they communicated. There was a wonderful line in the first episode when Jekyll woke up in the middle of Soho with no idea where he is, and clicks on the record button:"You might at least have told me where you parked." --- "Yeah, I'm definitely going to hell/But I'll have all the best stories to tell" -- Frank Turner, The Ballad of Me and My Friends
