Yep, pretty much this. Dr. Quinzel may not have seemed as much throughout most of her supervillain career, but she's a very clever woman. She's had her troubles, and most of them were at least partially her own fault, but they were primarily emotional, not intellectual. INT 18, WIS 8, as it were. :)
