Well, I'm glad your muse finally got around to feeding this particular idea enough caffeine, then. Because this is pretty good stuff so far.

On the other hand, I'm getting flashbacks to a certain after-action report that involved the sentence "We demonstrated what happens when you bring up an assault shuttle's wedge while inside the battlecruiser's docking bay.". Which while undoubtedly a good thing is certainly not quite what you have in mind here. :)
