Speaking from my experience as a 911 dispatcher, I can tell you it usually takes around 4 minutes on average for an ambulance to respond to a call and leave the station, and depending on how far apart the ambulances are stationed then response time can vary greatly. Then it can take a while to assess and load the patients in the ambulance.

The fight probably took less than a minute....
