Nope. Where Azula goes from here is totally up in the air. Azula's story and Dìqiú's story are pretty divergent at this point, though in a universe such as this, I can't rule out various convoluted means of reconnection. I will state these facts, though:

• Azula went missing from the historical record in Dìqiú in 102 ASC (2221 GSC) after the search for Zuko's mom came to an end.
  
• Korra was born in 153 ASC (2272), and Harmonic Convergence was in 171 ASC (2290).
  
• Dìqiú's first moon-shot (the Phoenix Flight) was in 200 ASC (2319), and Korra's 50th birthday (by when it was pretty obvious that she wasn't aging if she didn't use makeup to hide the fact) was in 203 ASC (2322).
  
• Azula was freed from the ice in 2336.
  
• The War of Corporate Occupation was in 2388, Ragnarok was in 2390, and Korra met Gryphon in 2391.
  
• It is currently 2410 in Symphony of the Sword.
  

It isn't very likely such a meeting may happen, so I wouldn't hold your breath. This is a very big universe, after all.
