You have to feel bad for Cuddy at this point. Not only has she lost 3/4 of her Diagnostic Medicine Department (assuming Foreman doesn't decide to bail out while he still can), and a very competent (if skirt-chasing) oncologist, but now will likely have the Dome breathing down her neck with demands to know how she lost control of House (granted, she never had control of him in the first place, but still).
