From context, and not from any knowledge of Norse whatsoever, Nallen seems to be the given name, Skuld probably stands for the goddess of that name, and gandr is unknown, but I'm guessing is some sort of family relationship.

Nallen adopted son of Skuld, perhaps?

And I liked it too, a little peek into the goings on around the periphery of the main event.
