I liked this, I liked this a lot. It was a real treat to see Corwin again, especially his Æs side.

This line was immensely satisfying, we don't get to see this particular aspect of Corwin often. Very nicely done, this whole exchance.

Also, the trick of rising to the occaision with Draconic speech made me grin.

What does that translate too, if I may ask? I'm pretty sure I recognize 'gändr' as a word even if I don't recall its meaning, to say nothing of the obvious recognition 'skuld' will engender in your readers.
