Considering the rich haul of Atlantean artifacts present within the systems, I'm surprised that either the Sith or Psi-Corps have not tried to sneak in (undercover) to get, at the very least, information about the artifacts.

Second note, I'm surprised that the Earth-bloc of the Federation did not raise a stink bout a conspiracy by the immortsls (ie, Gryphon, Zoner, et al)
