I think this is the 2nd "Co-Prosperity Sphere" that's been mentioned (the first being the Greater Independent Stellar Co-Prosperity Sphere (the one that New Japan is part of (I think))

But knowing who owns Ziggurat, not on their dime, I would imagine.
I was getting a little confused with what in Rose's story was UF-verse and what was parallel universe. Thanks for sticking in the occasional 100/W and 102/G reminders.
