Come to think of it, there's a lot of folk in the EPUniverse that have an EBM--anyone with a Daodan implant; anyone pulling the "I can't die before I kill you" schtick (c.f. Gryph v. Largo and Rei v. the fellow from the Magnificent 10 whose name escapes me at the moment); any of the gods and goddesses with power limiters installed (and by extension, Utena...Anthy...and the Rune Knights); anyone who's a dragon; you could conceivably make an argument for some of the Titans; pretty much everyone who was at Ragnarok; many Buma; some Duelists....

That's just off the top of my head for 'folks who go around all normal-like up until something emergencyish happens at which point they get scarily capable of handling it up to and including end-of-the-world scenarios'
