Yeah, the Almighty Reset Button was one of the biggest gripes about the series. TNG had the excuse that they could just put in for repairs and replacements when needed (actually made it a plot point a couple times), but VOY was supposed to be set on the other side of the galaxy. Yet every week, the ship showed up without a dent in the fender and the crew acting as if nothing was amiss.

Funny you mentioning MST3K, since that's been my go-to in the past couple weeks for dealing with some of the stress that the national crisis has brought down on my head. Ah, simpler times, when I could put my faith in "Blast Hardcheese," because I've definitely been subject to "Deep Hurting" way too much.
