Silverhand and Blackheart are both pokes at Cyberpunk--"Morgan Blackheart" is the street name of a legendary Solo who gets mentioned a bunch in the game manuals.

As for the third one mentioned, that's the handle of one Tyler Carpenter, who was at the time a writer at HBS. He's... not any more, evidently having been caught up with a couple years ago by a Pattern of Behavior.
