Update: I've completed the game and this never happens, so I'm not sure why the Steam page's description includes the sentence, "All this under the pressure of a ticking clock and police breathing down your neck." At no point do you have a clock or any cops to deal with. Like VCD, it's just you and the mess for as long as it takes.
