Well, I don't know about a NEW one, as such, but there is going to be a new expedition ("Titans") after The Cursed Redux is over with.

Is the new Worlds 2 content in older save files?

Yes. It doesn't even make a huge mess out of existing exosuit inventories, starship fit-outs, or bases, unlike several previous big updates. And expeditions haven't required a new save for a while now, ever since they added the expeditions terminal to the Anomaly.

Huh. I knew the last detail, I'm using that for the yearly reruns, but the rest is better than I expected.

Final portal hop for the Cursed Expedition, and my game crashes. When I restart, I'm underneath the world and end up having to trick it into letting me into my ship.

Seems appropriate for this expedition. Also, thank god I finally grabbed my main multi-tool from the anomaly before summoning the barrier guardian.

Yeah, I would not have wanted to try that without my trusty neutron cannon.
