I am super into this engine-building board game about birds, and its computer version available on Basically All The Platforms. I got it through Steam (after getting the hardcopy version, which came with a discount code), but I'm pretty sure the online play and matchmaking is fully cross-platform.Anyone else? I can be found under this name.

I've played it a couple of times but I can't say I'm hooked quite that much.

LAST EDITED ON Apr-13-25 AT 08:25 AM (EDT) I think I have like four steam codes for it thanks to bundles over the years, but I’ve never played it.Edit: Wait, I don’t? Huh, I was sure it’s been in like five bundles.

I've played it (and its derivative Wyrmspan) a few times IRL, but I haven't tried the digital version. In general, I tend to find digital versions of games designed initially for tabletop play to be somewhat lackluster.-dbrandon

The computer version of Wingspan definitely has a couple awkward spots, but it's far and away the best boardgame adaptation I've ever played, both in terms of faithfulness to the original game and in terms of visual polish. It's definitely the easiest way to play single-player against the Automa.
