LAST EDITED ON Jun-27-25 AT 10:06 AM (EDT) By way of Owlcat Games. Yep, Owlcat has announced their next TWO games, one of which is another 40k CRPG, much in the way of Rogue Trader. The second? Is a third-person action RPG with very VERY strong ME vibes, set in the The Expanse tv-show universe. I, personally, have never watched it, but people I trust have said good things about it. And, it's Owlcat. I haven't seen anything they've made that I haven't absolutely loved. So far, all that's out is the announcement and a trailer. And, well, it's a trailer. Of course it looks good, that's what they're for! But, it looks REALLY good. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eyXGm8JCBrk ...! I love the The Expanse, so I'm keeping an eye on this game. I wholeheartedly recommend the show, it's very good. The books are great also, but this is one of those situations where the visuals just add so much that it puts the show on the top pedestal. The show covers Books 1-6, which makes for a clean ending. Books 7-9 finish off the whole story, but Amazon probably isn't going to go back and do those, partly because one of the key characters was written out due to problems with the actor and partly because the events of those books mean the CGI budget would be insane. "This is probably a stupid question, but . . ."
