Revealed in the japanese Nintendo Direct was Thouhou 06: Embodiment of Scarlet Devil is coming to Switch 2 and Steam......AND IT'S GETTING AN OFFICIAL ENGLISH VERSION. There's some graphical updates from the original, because Zun is twenty years older now. > Touhou Koumakyou - The Embodiment of Scarlet Devil,

That's from Touhou 04, one of the PC98 games. You may be thinking of U.N. Owen Was Her, which is the Ronald McDonalds 'Ran Ran Ru' meme song.
