Uh, yeah, significantly (in Maine, anyway). Of course, there's a Federal law against crossing state lines for the purpose of exploiting such differences in local regulation, but hey - there's a Federal law against stealing stuff from Area 51, too. :)
Anyway, if you're genuinely worried about it, this isn't a direction I expect to wander off in - it's just where the chain of neural linkups that started at Geoff's post led, somewhat to my chagrin. Leaving aside for the moment the fact that I wouldn't relish the ensuing pissing match over Warrior's Legacy's crypto-lolicon subtext, it doesn't strike me as particularly in character.
