For that matter, even without bringing mutant powers into it, Jubilee and Wolverine can be reasonably well explained within the previously established Genre. You'ld have to give Jubilee a bit more marital arts training than is normally suggested, but the sparke-blast isn't all that far from any one of a wide variety of chi-blast powers, the claws are well within the limits set for experimental cybertechnology, and Logan's supertoughness/regen isn't even a stretch.

So, will we see some lost scion of the Order of the Emerald Dawn, show up later, having devoted him/herself to perfecting his/her martial skill in order to wreak revenge? Might be fun to have show up at the worst possible moment, completely out of left field with regard to the rest of the plot. On the other hand, having an entire ninja crime syndicate introduced and disposed of in one throwaway line, never to be mentioned again, has it's own over-the-top panache.

Other scary thought - the Tick is *also* easily explainable within the established genre. Now he isn't in any fighting games that I know of, so he probably won't show up, but he could, and it wouldn't be a stretch.

As for Sakura and Jubilee, neither of them is the sort to break things except in self-defense, and Sakura doesn't even seem to be into high collateral damage when she is attacked.

Oh, and Gryphon - nice teaser.
