Heh, much of Book 1, Act VII came about because I somewhat belatedly realized, in the midst of tidying up after the Actiony Bit, that there would probably be some people wondering about that.

The pace of things from late last summer through Christmastime was facilitated by a number of factors, significant among which was the fact that I was physically unable to do thesis research, or much of anything else, on account of The Virus, so I had literally nothing else to do. Since my (surviving) advisor and I have decided to scrap the thesis in favor of completing an MA by coursework, that's no longer the case, and I'm getting prepared to resume (online) classes starting next week, with an eye toward finishing the degree sometime within this calendar year.

Hopefully that's not going to shut me down altogether, because I've still got a lot of things I want to get done, but I do have to concede that the bubbling brain lava did cool a little bit over the holiday break. :)
