Lots of good bits -- the car, the splitting up (we can do more damage that way), the beginning of the road trip.

I love that the end note ties up neatly (with a bow even!) why Gryphon was quite as antsy as he was, to get to Paris...and that the floral scent was Marisa's perfume (which might get a raised eyebrow out of Remilia when they meet and she figures it out).

Everything is connected.
