On the subject of weird experimental stuff (since Planchard's using a VG-50): is there any chance you could butterfly a more modern version of the Parnall Peto into this for one of the British witches/navy-spirit KanColle oojamaflips? Iunno, I just think that a plane designed to be fired out of a submarine is the kind of thing that'd fit into the UF-verse in general.
