You're not working them while shooting anyway. If anything, it's probably a little easier to do it left-handed, because you don't have to let go with the hand that's supporting most of the rifle's weight, as you do when, e.g., shooting a right-handed bolt-action rifle left-handed.
Of course, the WMR's weight is pretty negligible for a military shoulder arm, I should have mentioned that, but still.
