The Roth-Krnka M.7 is both; the CCP is the former; the new Steyrs, if I had one, it would be because of the latter. Glocks aren't really either. The Glock company's story is interesting, but the product itself is not. Even the features the Glock fandom tout as revolutionary (polymer frame, "Safe Action") mostly weren't really.
I do have one here, and may do an entry on it one day just to discuss the above in a bit more depth, but it isn't mine. I'm just securing it for someone who lives in a state where it's not allowed.
