Or the times he and his son Mark Sheppard played each other at different times in their lives. Bur for me, he'll always be Blank Reg. --

This is a huge loss...His best role, IMO, wasn't sci-fi, it was as General Isaac Trimble in "Gettysburg." But I do remember his turns in Transformers (the 2007 movie wasn't that bad... I saw it seven or eight times - I felt confident it would be good when Michael Bay cast Peter Cullen as Optimus Prime) and Babylon 5.
