Col. Frank Borman, who commanded both Gemini 7 and Apollo 8, passed away Tuesday in Billings, Montana. At the time of his death, he was the oldest surviving NASA Astronaut. Frank Borman, commander of the first mission to orbit the Moon, has died Michael C. Fortner
