Rachael Lillis, best known to the general public for voicing Misty and Jessie in the OG Pokemon dub, but possibly better known in these parts for voicing Utena Tenjou, passed this weekend after a battle with cancer.

Fuck cancer.

IIRC, Utena's Japanese VA, Tomoko Kawakami, also died young from cancer, which feels... statistically anomalous.
