After a long battle with multiple extremely serious medical conditions, my life partner of eleven years suffered a massive heart attack and died last night. I don't have a lot of words right now, I just... yeah.

Tell someone you love that you love them, please. You don't know when is the last time you'll hear them say "I love you too".

I've been saying this to everyone since Erin passed. It can end in far too quick a time. It extends to friends, as well, though loved ones even more of course. Send a virtual hug, or a "how are you?" Because you never know what fate or random chance will throw at you.
