Aww, that's adorable. I hadn't seen that one before.

It kind of reminds me of one, which I annoyingly cannot form the search terms to find right now, in which Zeta overslept and missed the beginning of a scheduled stream, Kaela's chat notified her of this, and Kaela temporarily abandoned her stream in order to go break into Zeta's room, wake her up, and (unconvincingly) impersonate her until she had herself together enough to take over, then went back to her own room to resume her own stream. :)

(They don't normally live together, but IIRC the whole ID crew was in Japan for one of the big 3D events, and they were all staying in the same hotel or company-owned dorm or something.)

That was one of the first "historical" Holo clips I saw. I recall being slightly startled by the way Kiara's voice changes when she says, "Why did that shock me so much?" I had never heard her not speaking in the Austrian Fran Drescher voice she's usually doing before. :)

To be fair, I wouldn't be able to identify which of the Länder of Austria is which either (except for Vienna, which is kind of cheating), but still, ye gods. :)

That part, I believe I missed, having gone "Wow, her voice is really grating... maybe it'll be better if she's actually talking about something?" and skipped to the game start. (Or, well, the attempting to start the game.) And, indeed, I liked her voice more once she started using it for words that formed sentences...

Don't know if I've seen much of that so far. Well, aside from leaving Ryza in her swimsuit after changing the other characters back to normal clothes. >>

(Sometimes I wonder what Ryza's got that other Atelier cast members don't... Sure, she's pretty, but that's not exactly in short supply in the franchise. And I worry that the memes might put people off what I think is actually a pretty good game.)

Yeaahhhh, unfortunately, Kiara's voice has that timbre and accent that can be kind of like sandpaper in your skull sometimes, especially if you're sensitive to it or are prone to headaches. It's not really her fault, she just kinda has One Of Those Voices(She does put on a Voice when she's 'on' but it's not that different from her real one), but it can make it hard to watch her, which is a shame.

From what I can tell? The fact she's primarily in right red booty shorts and showing off her butt and thighs. And there's crawling.

Honestly, once she started speaking words I understood that were at least mostly game related, I actually find her voice a bit cute. It's just at the start there... I don't even know what was going on there.

She's also built differently from most prominent female characters in anime/anime-adjacent media (including her own games, as far as that goes). "Not one o' them button-arsed lasses as should be lads," as the gamekeeper puts it in Lady Chatterley's Lover. People often find the atypical arresting.
