Apparently it is two weeks, as tonight's highlight was a collab stream with talents from all four Holo EN gens: Calli, Ame, Kronii, Fauna, Nerissa, Shiroi, Fuwamoco, Elizabeth, Cecilia, Raora, and Gigi.

Knowing that Gigi is literally a gremlin, I want her to sing the song of her people. Cecilia would probably be aghast, until she's reminded that she's hardly a dumb machine.

Green and Orange have already established themselves as the Iconic Duo of this outfit, which has gotten me thinking about what the equivalents are for EN's other units. Myth has Blue/Yellow and Advent kind of cheats by containing twins, but Promise is kind of all over the place in my head, I can't pin down a single duo to call iconic. (For clarity, I'm talking about the comedy-team thing, not ships.) BaeRyS comes close, but they're at their best with a third party along to mystify. :)

While they're definitely done more as a ship than a streaming team, Kronii and Mumei usually cook pretty good at least once per stream.

Bae and Fauna are pretty funny together, though the humor tends more towards that yabai side...

Bae being oddly innocent and *fauna* being the....less innocent one is am amazing one-two punch of comedy.

Fauna wields the yabai like a scalpel, as compared to say Nerissa, who wields it like a sledgehammer . . . or IRyS, who wields her yabai like a sweaty old stick of dynamite.

I like them. I'm not crazy about the unit's lore (I feel like "they're cops" is an awkward take nowadays, though to be fair they are explicitly presented as incompetent and/or unmotivated to actually act as jackbooted agents of order), but they're all charming performers and do interesting things. Their only really glaring flaws in my eyes are Liz's ojou-sama shtick, which it isn't her fault that that's totally not my thing, and the fact that I will basically never be awake when Raora is live. :)

I think by this point it should be SOP to give new vtubers a minimum of a month to get over that gawky debut stage.

If you ever wonder the wisdom of that, just search on YT for Holomems going back to rewatch their debut streams and savor the cringe.

I think it was Fauna who ended up four debut rewatches deep before she left. Or was it Kronii... ONE of the Council/Promise girls anyway just rewatch/ed/es her debut - and the rewatch of the debut, and the rewatch of the rewatch, and so on.

Kronii went 2 layers deep, as seen here. I thought she did a 3rd, but if she did I can't find it.
