LAST EDITED ON Feb-01-24 AT 01:20 PM (EST) Today is Fuwawa's birthday, but Mococo's is tomorrow. That's fun, but it does suggest a long day at the office for Mrs. Abyssgard some years back.Meanwhile, Bae's birthday is February 29, which means she actually gets to have one this year. (Since she's been claiming to be 12 since debut, I assume that means she'll finally be turning 13.) As in previous Februaries, because she's slightly deranged, she has published an ambitious schedule that involves at least one stream every day this month. I assume most of the ones that are unspecified will be Yakuza. :) --G. speaking of birthdays, Gura's is the same as mine, which is of course a completely random coincidence, but still kinda neat -><- Benjamin D. >And over on the JP side, Polka just had hers~ That's true, and in the classic holo style, she marked it with a 3D concert with blackjack and hookers* special guest stars! Man, next to Polka on stage, Kronii looks about 40 feet tall. :) --G. * I assume if any holo actually had a birthday 3D live with these features, it would be Marine or Ollie -><- Benjamin D. >Man, next to Polka on stage, Kronii looks about 40 feet tall. :) Being 90% legs and another 90% ribbon, Kronii does kinda overpower almost anyone she's put up against. "This is probably a stupid question, but . . ."

A few minutes ago, in a chat stream where she discussed her plans for this month, Bae ran down a list of all the holomems who have a birthday in February. There are a surprising number of them. I wasn't taking notes, but someone will probably clip it.--G. -><- Benjamin D. A quick lookup shows that May is nine months before February, and that May has Golden Week - the week where there’s four holidays one after another so they basically just take the whole week off. It also includes Children’s Day.Perhaps there’s a feeling of trying for kids on Children’s Day~ or at least it being a side effect of a weeklong vacation. :3

>Today is Fuwawa's birthday, but Mococo's is tomorrow. That's fun, but >it does suggest a long day at the office for Mrs. Abyssgard some years >back. My elder sibling and I were each delivered via c-section after multiple hours of labour. I got my umbilical cord wrapped around my neck and would've definitely been stillborn without prompt medical intervention, but going by my mother's stories, elder sib just... didn't wanna move, even after several hours of contractions (I can't remember the number, I just know that she went for a walk around a golf course while in labour, accompanied by a friend from work in precisely the same situation). None of that is particularly relevant to Vtubers, but it probably contributes to my feeling like the twins' births being separated by the stroke of midnight isn't notable beyond the level of "interesting coincidence".

"It's warm in here why would I wanna leave?"Funniest would be would be if they were seconds apart but on either side of midnight. :3

>"It's warm in here why would I wanna leave?" According to my mother, that's what happened with me. Docs said she was due for mid-April, which made her hope I'd be born on or near my dad's birthday. Instead, I ended up refusing to budge for over two full weeks and being evicted via induced labor.
