update:

Dad just called and said he'd decided to order this timing cover, as well as the matching valve covers, just for the hell of it. Since we'll probably be painting the block and heads Chevrolet engine red, that should look pretty sharp.

They also make a pretty cool-looking air cleaner in that set, but we have a chrome one that goes with the Edelbrock carburetor and intake we're planning to use on this engine, so we'll probably go with that one, even though it will slightly annoy me that it doesn't match the rest. :)
