In my defense, pictures are kind of a secondary concern when I'm doing the actual work, because there are only short windows when my hands are clean enough to be handling my phone, and sometimes I don't think of details or angles that would've been useful until I'm writing the thing up after the fact. In this case, I absolutely should've turned the engine until the degree marks on the damper were in shot--although they may not show up well on camera anyway. As you can probably tell by the brand marking that is in frame in that photo, they're pretty faint.

We painted those things at the very end of the session, so it wasn't ready. There's a decent view of it in one of the pictures I took today (writeup sometime this weekend), though again, it didn't occur to me to get a proper close-up. I'll try to remember to do that next time.
