I was thinking that maybe, just maybe, she might want Gendo to know, if she is, in some way, Yui.

But then, maybe she doesn't want Gendo to go through the kind of pain that knowing that some form of his wife still exists and he still can't be with her in any real sense would give him. And besides, she's only part Yui. Since it's now clear that she was a Grigori, I take it that whatever is left of Yui is in some form a "remnant" like Rei and Tabris were? Or am I reading the wrong meaning into this based on too much In Nomine influence?
